My motivation to continue dieting and to write on here has been quite low. Lots of crazy things happen around here lately and all I have to say is I ate lots of junk food. Just tonight in the space of an hour and a half i consumed a 10 inch pizza myself which is entirelly disgusting and I feel it now also. So you really do reap what you sow. Therefore dont do it or you will be in danger of becoming like me and the people off Wall E "Bigger N Larger"
So as you may know I was eating like junk for a few days. As a result I know I took it way too much because I felt sick and it seemed like I was eating as much as I used to. I have been back on and doing great the last two days. I really enjoy not feeling so fat that I need to use "the bro". It is awesome!
So tonight nothing special just a new kind of BBQ chicken that is low calorie and still delish! Gotta go prep it!
Perhaps only us fatty Americans are the only ones who can appreciate eating more than enough calories and fat content in 5 minutes than we need in one day. Im talking fast food here people. I got a "mini meal" from an unnamed fast food place and at it and my kids fries within 10 minutes. Such joy and satisfaction over the fried and fat content which was so pleasant. Then not only did the guilt set in but the unsatisfied feeling of eating such unhealthy food.
Then a friend had a BBQ I was invited too and rather than be a prude rude dude I just took a burger but ate it without mayo and the other fixins. I didnt stop there I finished my kids as well. The smokey grilled meat was so yummy and I can still taste it in my mouth hours later. Unfortuately I am being punished for my gorging because I feel so sick from the meat overload.
So this blew my diet but I am now motivated to stick with it now cus I feel horrible right now.
Trips to national parks sure to help one appreciate the value of cell phone towers and internet access! I have been away blowing the diet on some good old camp food! Actually I weight in before I left and I was at 18lbs exactly down. Well Im back today and I have gained .4lbs so im doing pretty well for all the junk that I ate. PErhaps it will just show up later though.
It was a good break to get away and of course no recipes or thrilling things were made besides my personally famous tin foil dinner or what some like to call hobo dinner. Cant share my secrets there. If you have an issue talk to people who make baked beans, coke, big mac and fried chicken and see if they will give you their recipe first then I will share!
Ok so still going on food and despite helping out with a fat full Memorial Day breakfast with syrup sausage eggs and pancakes all smothered with butter I did not over indulge in fact it was more the opposite. But I did want to share a favorite food of mine.
Thomas makes the best english muffins and also bagels in my opinion. As many of you know that both are quite high in calories with a bit of fat. So Thomas has now made bagel thins. I love em. Toast em and put on a bit of honey with fat free spray butter or jam or even to make yummy sandwiches on! I have a good recipe I hope to get on tomorrow.

Success is So Tragic Pain is Your Gadget
These are the words of a band Collective Soul "Success is so tragic, pain is your gadget". I find that sometimes you lose weight and you just gain a little back. Pain of eating all healthy and not what you want sometimes is what you have to do. So it is with me a bit.
I am happy to say I am down 25lbs now! Which is quite awesome, despite eating not so hot lately but it has been work and determination. I am enjoying a more thinner me too!
