Well I have hit my first 10 lbs lost just over 2 weeks into this diet thing.  I must say that I actually like it.  I am eating less and foods that have less fat. I get to go walking with the family for some quality time and it is kind of fun.  Also experimenting with foods and cooking has been quite enjoyable.

I have had some photos take of the food I have made with their ingredients but I left my camera at a friends house and havent been able to get it yet so I will try to get it soon and get them up for whoever reads this if anyone at all.

I did however jog a little bit the other night pushing my son in a stroller.  No that was a work out.  I didnt realize how fast I can get winded and out of shape I am!  Hoping that will change soon.

So 10 down and at least 50 more to go!
